Kenyan gospel Singer and ‘Kibali’ hit maker Florence Andenyi yesterday welcomed her first child, a girl, after years of secret tears, she confirmed in the afternoon.
In a post on her official Facebook account, the singer was overjoyed by what God did to her family, something she has been praying for year in, year out.
“Look at God. He has wiped away my secret tears. He has Given me Joy..” She posted.
Andenyi went ahead to encourage everyone paining and still trusting God for a baby, saying however long it might seem to be, God is still in control and it will finally come to pass.
“..It it does not matter how long you’ve waited, just trust the process God’s time is always the best,” added the Singer.
The Award winning minister also sent prayers to them, saying, “May God remember that family/couple that is trusting God the fruit of their womb, May God remember you who is reading this post may your prayers be answered…Welcome baby girl”
Shortly after her post, thousands joined the musician in the comment section to celebrate God’s work and welcome the little angel to the world.
“One day one doctor confirmed that I would never give. Birth today I have four of them. Congratulations beautiful sister…,” recounted Joy Chosen.
Lilian Jairo commented; “Oooh Jesus..what a wonderful God you are… Congratulations to you dear.”
Junior Francis, humorously, said “My sister, pin location nitume trella ya diapers so that I tab them blessings Congratulations.”
The renowned artist kissed bachelorette hood in an invited only colorful wedding ceremony in June 2017.
Breaking the news on her social media, then, she posted, “Nashukuru mungu kwa kibali chake juu ya maisha yangu na hisi kunyenyekea sana mbele za mungu hakuna jambo asiloliweza asante kwa maombi na upendo mlionionyesha asanteni pia kwa kukuja mungu awabariki. Thanks for your love and support for this far he is Ebenezer it was one of my best moments.”
Unfortunately, despite hoping to welcome the first fruit of her womb few months later, it never happened.
Pain and persistent faithful cries to God were the order of the day until yesterday, Augusts 9, 2021.
Perhaps, yesterday’s ordeal joins list of the singer’s happiest moments in life. She is yet to speak to the media about it.
